LËT'ZKOLA is a premium cola made with ingredients of natural origin, without artificial colouring and flavours, as well as without preservatives.
The combination of using sugar and a natural sweetener from the Stevia plant allows LËT'ZKOLA to have a lower sugar content.
LËT'ZKOLA contains 37% less sugar than industrial colas and has its caloric value reduced by 35%.
LËT'ZKOLA is produced in Wiltz and is to date the only cola produced in Luxembourg.

As the LËT'ZLIMO range is produced in Wiltz, it represents to date the only range of soft drinks produced in Luxembourg.

As the LËT'ZLIMO range is produced in Wiltz, it is to date the only soft drinks range produced in Luxembourg.

La Provençale, a family company founded in 1969, is now in the hands of the second generation, while the Brasserie Simon, founded in 1824, has been in the hands of the same family for five generations.
Thanks to the collaboration between the two major Luxembourgish players La Provençale and the Brasserie Simon, the LËT'ZKOLA & LËT'ZLIMO project saw the daylight. La Provençale is the owner of the brand and the promoter of the project. It’s responsible for the idea, the creation, the marketing development and the commercialisation of the range. The Brasserie Simon, for its part produces and bottles the soft drinks in Wiltz, and handles the distribution of the product to the major retail and wholesale actors.
LËT'ZKOLA & LËT'ZLIMO is a circular economy project, a range of local soft drinks, produced in Wiltz.
It is above all a sustainable development approach, thanks to a line marketed only in reusable crates and glasses, which are returned and washed after each use.
We are committed to a fair distribution of the created value by building a trustworthy collaboration, through the shared values by La Provençale and the Brasserie Simon, the wholesalers and all the actors of the foodservice.
To implement the LËT'ZKOLA & LËT'ZLIMO project, the Brasserie Simon (based in Wiltz) has adapted and expanded their facilities for the production and bottling of these soft drinks
In the range of soft drinks available on the Luxembourgish market today, only the LËT'ZKOLA & LËT'ZLIMO line is 100% produced in Luxembourg! The development of the range, the marketing and commercialization bear 100% the signature of La Provençale.

Producing in Wiltz allows us to reduce our carbon footprint (CO2), which makes LËT'ZKOLA & LËT'ZLIMO more ecological than other soft drinks available on the Luxembourgish market
LËT'ZKOLA contains no artificial colours or flavours, no preservatives, no artificial caramel and no phosphoric acids.
Our soft drinks contain only natural flavours and colours, the sugars and sweeteners are also both of natural origins.
LËT'ZKOLA & LËT'ZLIMO are exclusively available in reusable glass bottles, which are returned and washed after each use. The bottles are transported in reusable & returnable crates.
